📦 Where do your items ship from?

All our products are printed and shipped from the USA via trusted fulfillment partners. This means faster shipping, no surprise customs fees for U.S. customers, and quality you can trust.

⏰ How long does shipping take?

We’re a made-to-order shop, so please allow:

• 2–5 business days for production
• 3–7 business days for standard U.S. shipping
• Longer for international orders depending on location and customs

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

🧼 How should I care for my hoodie/shirt/mug?

• T-shirts & hoodies: Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry or tumble low. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
• Mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe — but hand-washing keeps the print flawless longer.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Our apparel is unisex sizing, which means a relaxed fit for most.

• Want oversized vibes? Size up.
• Prefer fitted? Stick to your usual.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is printed just for you, all sales are final.

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery at filthyfictionclub@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

💳 Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are automatically processed within minutes — which means we can’t guarantee changes once it's submitted. Double-check your cart before hitting that “YES I NEED THIS” button. 😉

🎁 Can I send something as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrap, our packaging is minimal and doesn’t include pricing.
