At Filthy Fiction Club, every item is made to order just for you — which means we don’t keep inventory and can’t accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or “changing your mind.”

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Because our items are printed on demand, all sales are final.

✔️ Eligible Issues for Replacement:

  • Your item was damaged in transit
  • There was a manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong item sent, etc.)
  • Your item arrived significantly different than described

📸 What To Do If There's a Problem

If your order falls under an eligible issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery at filthyfictionclub@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem

If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for: carrier delays, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
